Seamus and Kate got engaged in the morning on December 5th, 2025 wearing their pajamas and snuggled up with their cats, Billie Holiday and Cher. After having homemade blueberry pancakes for breakfast, they were enjoying the first snowfall of the year and a Friday off to spend together. At first, Kate couldn’t believe that Seamus had managed to surprise her - and that her manicure appointment wasn’t for another two hours… Once she saw him pull the ring out of his pajama pocket, she said “of course!” and proceeded to show the ring off to Billie and Cher (they were excited in an apathetic way that only a cat can be). They spent the rest of the day calling loved ones to share the good news and wrapped up a perfect day with an incredible dinner at Rose’s Luxury (and some ice cream for Kate).
